Pom-Pomme Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz. Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif
  • 2 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. pressed apple juice

Serve this wonderfully festive cocktail straight up in a martini glass or poured over ice in a Collins glass. Either way it makes a sophisticated addition to any holiday party.

  1. Shake cognac, pomegranate juice and apple juice together over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.
