- Ottawa Wine and Food Show
- November 2-4, 2007

- Appearing for the second year, Ryan and Dave will be showcasing their signature culinary moves at the Ottawa Wine and Food show–One of Canada’s best attended culinary expositions. Ryan and Dave have built a strong following in the nation’s capital since Cooking with Booze was featured as the top pick for 2006 by the Ottawa Citizen daily newspaper. Ryan and Dave will be preparing some fall inspired dishes to sample and will be available afterwords for book signing and to answer any questions. A fund will be set up to take care of Ryan’s annual speeding ticket.

- The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
- November 2–11, 2007
- The Direct Energy Centre–Exhibition Place, Toronto Ontario

- This will be the second year Ryan and Dave have cheered the crowds at The Royal’s culinary stage. Drop by and watch the pair as they prepare some fall-inspired warmup’s complete with their own special addition. Stick around after and have the questions that plague you answered! Like, “What the heck can I do with that bottle of Crème de Menthe I bought the same year as my corduroy couch?”

- Seasons Christmas Show

- David complains that because his birthday is on Christmas day, he always looses out. This year, the pair are overcompensating and greatly looking forward to their inaugural appearance at the Seasons Christmas Show–Toronto’s premier entertaining, decorating and seasonal gift show. Ryan and Dave are sure to delight on the culinary stage with some of their seasonal classics, served up with healthy dose of “cheer”. Drop by for samples, chat with authors and feel free to get a book signed!
